Committed To Protecting Individuals In Family Law And Criminal Defense Cases

When you need legal assistance, it's important to know your attorney has the knowledge and experience to get the job done well. With more than 50 years of experience in family law and criminal defense, I draw on extensive legal knowledge to provide clients with a level of representation that is hard to match.

I was first licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 1966. Before going in private practice, I served as an assistant county prosecutor. Since the beginning of my law career, I have focused on family law and criminal defense. These areas of law are still the cornerstones of my firm today. I also help clients with other legal matters such as drafting basic wills and deeds.

Based in Fayetteville, I serve clients throughout Cumberland County, including Hope Mills, Spring Lake and the Fort Bragg military base.

I have been recognized by the North Carolina Bar Association and the local county court for 50 years of service to the community. In 2011, the North Carolina Bar Association named me to the General Practice Hall of Fame. I am an active member of the local community and regularly participate in half-marathons.

A No-Nonsense Approach To the Law

As your lawyer, my goal is to solve problems, not add to them. Clients appreciate my even-tempered, calm approach to legal issues. I seek to find the best solutions possible for my clients. Put simply, if you need help, I will help you.
